She has held influential positions within several national and international companies such as ING Real Estate, Sun Life, Vinci Park and Canadian National. Over the years, she has developed solid business relationships with key partners. She distinguished herself with a high success rate in business development and strategical acquisitions, thus fostering the success of the companies she worked for.

Tuan-Anh holds a BA from Université Laval in business management, with an option in urban and real estate management. He has worked for many years as a project manager for one of the most important investment funds in Quebec, and over time has specialized in investment, asset and partnership management. Tuan-Anh holds more than 20 years of experience in management and real estate development, and he is involved in each stage of development projects, including financing, marketing, real estate management and rigorous budget control.

Michel has more than 35 years of experience in the management of construction and development projects. Through his determination, he has successfully handled complex large-scale projects ranging from $1 million to $50 million in the hotel, industrial and commercial sector. He has previously, and for many years, executed large-scale projects for Ivanhoé Cambridge and for the design and construction of custom-made commercial buildings. Michel is a key pillar in the design and maximization of projects.

Antoine holds a BA in business management, accounting option. Gifted with a powerful passion for real estate, Antoine decided, a few years ago, to quit one of the biggest accounting firms in Quebec to join Group A7. Antoine is now involved in all the company’s spheres of activity, such as procurement, development, financing, budgetary control and marketing.

This is his first time working in the real estate industry, and he looks forward to the challenge of using his experience to contribute to the company's success.
